Billing Policy

Billing Cycles

WorldSpice Technologies has one billing cycle that is generated on the 1st of each month. Invoices are mailed 15 days prior to the invoice date, and payment is due in advance for services rendered.

Credit Cards Accepted

WorldSpice accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Business Accounts

All business accounts are set up as Net 15 unless special arrangements are made with the Accounting Department.

Cancellations

To cancel service, we require written and verbal notification 30 days prior to your billing cycle date. Other terms and conditions of cancellation may apply. Please contact us directly for any questions concerning cancellation.
