Microsoft Outlook 2007

1) In "Account Settings", accessible from the Tools menu, select your Worldspice account and click "Change..."

2) Click "More Settings ..."

3) Select the "Outgoing Server" tab and verify that there is a check box by the option "My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication".
